Weight Loss Made Simple by Jared Egger There are many weight loss programs and sites out there. There are thousands of different supplements, vitamins, and foods that all claim to lose the weight for you. If you are truly serious about losing weight, I can point you in the right direction. First, let me tell you a bit about myself. I graduated from college in May 2007. This was the beginning of my fight with weight. What was the reason? I have done structured school sports most of my life, from middle school through college, and that "forced" exercise kept me in shape, so my poor eating habits didn't affect my weight as bad as they could have. Now that I am no longer able to make use of school sports, and having no time to join any rec leagues, I quickly ballooned 50 lbs in about a year. I needed to get back on track, and began looking at all the thousands of options I had. I wound up choosing this site, and I am glad I did. Now I am beginning to see that weight I gained go away, and feeling much better about myself. My diet was an extreme hinderance to my weight, as I did not change it much while taking away all my exercise. By following diet and patterns here I feel I have regained control of my battle with the bulge. If you feel like you are fighting a losing battle with your weight and are unable to lose weight no matter what you try, please take a look at this program. I am confident it will be able to help you, and it will do it the natural way, by teaching you how to control your diet and not by taking "magic weight loss pills." About the Author I am a fulltime worker, only a couple years out of college. I have participated in school sports most of my life, and going to the working lifestyle with no structured sports made me look awful. I needed to get myself back on track, and I did, using this site. If you consider this site, you'll be glad you did, but be sure to give it the time and dedication it needs to help you.
